Project Overview:

This 55+ clubhouse was ready for a functional makeover. Interior designer Kathy McGroarty ensured that this public living space for seniors received the best in design with new transitional furnishings that are beautiful, properly scaled for seniors and upholstered in performance fabrics giving the room great function and ease.

The layout was revamped to accommodate a crowd. Linen blend drapery fabric with a contrast blue band frame the large windows. In this terrific space, beauty and function go hand in hand.
