Contemporary Lansdale Dining Room

My clients moved from a one bedroom condo to a much larger single home and needed help pulling a cohesive plan together for the entire space including their dining room. The purple and green color palette was easily identifiable for the color blind client, which was an important part of the design.

Project Overview:

Both clients have very different taste but both agreed that they each love color and didn’t want the dining room to feel cluttered. One of the clients is color blind so we needed to keep that in mind when selecting a color palette. I presented the clients with the striking and colorful abstract mural as a starting point, and they loved it. The wonderful purple rug was chosen to anchor the space and soften the noise of the hardwood floor. The green medallion fabric was selected for the upholstered dining chairs, green and purple cornices and a custom bench, which was a special request of the clients.  The gorgeous, contemporary chandelier, a sleek console cabinet, and a few striking accessories complete the room and make it a great space that wows guests as they enter the home.
