Audubon is in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with a population of 8,433. Present-day Audubon was christened in 1899 in honor of early-19th century resident John James Audubon, who resided at Mill Grove. Audubon lies on the north side of the Schuylkill River across from Valley Forge National Historical Park, and is situated about 5 miles away from the King of Prussia Mall.
Audubon Water Company – Audubon Water Company is a Pennsylvania Corporation, and has charter power to furnish water to the public within portions of Lower Providence Township.
Audubon Oaks Lions Club – The Audubon/Oaks Lions Club was chartered and formed on October 25, 1950 and has since been providing community service and help to families of the surrounding communities.
John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove – Mill Grove served as the first American home to John James Audubon, the renowned artist and naturalist. It was here that an 18-year-old Audubon first fell in love with the American landscape and sketched native wildlife and flora.
